You can ask Santann Holding LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes information we may have received through our website, by email or phone, or through a Meta platform (such as WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram) in connection with our ventures.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to contacto@santannholding.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your full name and the email address or phone number (with country code) you used to contact us, so we can find your records. If your request relates to a specific venture or platform, tell us which one.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- We delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of verifying your request, and tell you when it is done.
- We may keep limited information that the law requires us to retain (for example tax or accounting records) or that we need to defend legal claims; we will tell you what, and why.
Customers of our ventures
If you booked or chatted through a business that uses one of our products (for example Rondia), that business controls your data. You can ask it directly, or write to us and we will pass your request on. Rondia's policy: rondia.ai/privacidad.
