1. What we treat as confidential
Non-public information you share with us in an inquiry or discussion: business plans, financials, product and technical details, customer or vendor information, pricing and strategy, and anything you identify as confidential.
2. How we handle it
- We use it only to respond to you and to evaluate or carry out the relationship you propose.
- We limit access to people at Santann, and to advisers or providers, who need it for that purpose and are bound to keep it confidential.
- We do not disclose it to third parties except as you authorize or as required by law, court order or a competent authority. Where permitted, we will tell you before disclosing.
- We return or delete it on your written request, except for copies we must keep by law.
3. Exclusions
This notice does not cover information that is already public, that we already held lawfully, that we receive from a third party without a confidentiality duty, or that we develop independently.
4. Please do not send sensitive data by email
Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health information in an email or message to us. If you need a stronger arrangement, ask us for a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before sharing details; a signed agreement takes precedence over this notice.
